Soup Lovers and Amsterdam

Soup en Zo is very popular and with good reason. Fifteen different home-made soups tempt Amsterdamers back on a regular basis. My favourite is deep orange pumpkin soup flavoured with cumin and coriander. Velvety peanut soup is my second choice. Chunky slices of whole-grain bread make it into a complete meal. Don’t feel like eating soup
